Bor4D is responsible for the processing of all data collected from interested parties for the exercise of its business functions, which are developed in accordance with the criteria and limitations established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

2. Purpose

The personal data that you provide to Bor4D will be incorporated into a data file owned by Bor4D and maintained under its responsibility.

The purpose of this file is to manage Bor4D's relationship with its customers, suppliers and collaborators, to provide them with the information they request, and to manage the services that are contracted.

  • Your consent: If you are a user of our website, by marking the box on the contact form, you authorize us to send you the communications necessary to respond to the query or request for information raised.

4. Data Retention Periods

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. When determining the appropriate retention period, we examine the risks involved in the processing, as well as our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations, internal data retention policies and our legitimate business interests described in the "Purpose" section.

Bor4D will only allow access to personal data to those collaborators or dependents who need to access personal data by reason of the activity they develop within the framework of the contracted services.

To guarantee compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, when Bor4D entrusts processing activities to a processor, it will only use processors that offer sufficient guarantees, particularly with regard to specialized knowledge, reliability and resources, in order to the application of technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of the GDPR, including the security of the processing.

8. Complaint before the Supervisory Authority

9. Modification of the Privacy Policy

Bor4D may modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

In any case, Bor4D will communicate with prior notice the modifications of this policy that affect users so that they can accept them.
